To ensure everything goes well, it is essential to have a professional. I will guide you through each phase of the process, leveraging my knowledge and contacts in the industry to create that place you will call home.

Evaluation & Assessment

From 0€*

  • Inspect the property before purchase.
  • Provide a preliminary economic assessment report of the total cost.
  • Propose possible grants to apply for.
  • Present a few preliminary ideas and concepts of the design approach.

Design Projects & Permits

From 45€/m2 area*

  • Prepare design concepts adjusted to the program of needs, with multiple reviews.
  • Develop basic & detailed design projects.
  • Manage the necessary legal permits and liaise with local authorities.
  • Contact builders and suppliers early on.

PM & Supervision

From 500€/month*

  • Tender and hire contractors & suppliers.
  • Manage the construction by coordinating operations and professionals.
  • Oversee the construction schedule and keep costs within the budget.
  • Conduct the final inspection & handover.

* The inspection will be preliminary, and if an IEEV.CV inspection is required, the corresponding fees will be charged upon prior approval of the budget. The preliminary economic assessment report will be carried out with the corresponding MBE. These are indicative prices with VAT but will vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. The budget will be defined prior to the provision of services and must be approved by the client. Example: Comprehensive renovation of a 50 m² village house in Valencia city, Evaluation and Assessment: €0. Design and Technical Project: €2,250. Work Management and Supervision (6 months): €3,000.
